Privacy Policy
We take bookings by phone. This page explains what that means for your information, in plain language.

EZ Garage Door Repair operates this website. We keep this short and specific rather than burying the useful parts in boilerplate, because the honest version is genuinely simple: we collect what you tell us on the phone, we use it to fix your garage door, and we do not sell it.
What We Collect
Only what you tell us on the phone: your name, the phone number you called from or gave us, the service address, and whatever you describe about the door. That is the whole list.
This site has no contact form, no newsletter signup, and no account login, so there is nothing on it that collects your details in the background. We do not buy contact data from anyone and we do not sell yours.
How We Use It
To call you back, schedule the visit, get the right technician to the right address with the right parts, and keep a record of the work afterwards for warranty purposes. Nothing else.
It stays inside the company and goes to the people actually working your job.
Phone Calls
Calling us is an invitation for us to call you back about that job, and about that job only. We do not run marketing call campaigns, and we do not send marketing text messages.
If we use a call tracking number, the call may be recorded or logged for quality and dispatch purposes. Tell the person who answers if you would rather it were not, and we will note it.
Analytics
We use standard website analytics to see which pages people read and which buttons they tap. It records things like the page you viewed, roughly what part of the world you are in, and what kind of device you used. It does not tell us who you are, and it is not connected to your service record.
Your browser settings, or any tracker blocker you use, can block it. Nothing on this site stops working if you do.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party ad trackers. Any cookie present is either from the analytics described above or is required for the page to load correctly.
How Long We Keep It
Job records are kept while we are working with you and afterwards as the business record of the work, which is what lets us honor the workmanship warranty and look up what was installed if you call again.
If you called for a quote and never hired us, tell us and we will delete the record.
Your Choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call and ask, and we will confirm when it is done.
California residents have specific rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information is collected and the right to request deletion. We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of on that front.
Other Companies
This site is static and hosted on a content delivery network, which sees the request for the page in the ordinary course of serving it. If we use a call tracking provider, that provider handles the routing of your call. Nobody else receives your details.
Children
This site is intended for adults arranging work on a property. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes, the updated version replaces this one on this page. Material changes to how we handle your information will be reflected here before they take effect.
Contact Us About Privacy
Questions about anything on this page, or a request to see or delete what we hold, go to the same place everything else does: give us a call and ask for the owner. We do not publish an email address, so the phone is the way to reach us.
Questions About Your Information?
Call and ask for the owner. We will tell you exactly what we hold and delete it if you want.
